◎ Service Agreement

Chapter 1 General Rules

1. (Purpose)

The purpose of this agreement is to regulate all the basic facts such as conditions forand procedure for using all the materials provided on the homepage of SaRang Community Church.

2. (Validity and change of agreement)

① This agreement becomes valid after it is posted publicly on the service menu 
      or SaRang Community Church's homepage.

② SaRang Community Church can change this agreement when proper reasons 
      come up. When there is some change in the agreement, it is immediately 
      posted.

③ When you do not agree to this agreement as you join, you may not use the
      service properly. Members can always cancel the service contract. 
      If members continue using the service after the day of effectuation 
      of this agreement, they are seen to have agreed to this agreement.

3. (Application of this agreement)

① This agreement is applied together with the individual service instructions 
      provided by SaRang Community Church (Hereafter called service instructions)

② Regarding the matters not mentioned in this agreement, they will be 
      applied according to the related Korean law as well as to the effect of 
      service instructions.

③ The personal information on the members given when joining can be 
      used for statistical purpose or providing materials to the very members.

4. (Definition of terms)

① The definitions of the terms used in this agreement are as follows.

1. The users mean those who use members-only service.

2. Service contract means the contract made between SaRang 
       Community Church and users regarding using the service.

3. User's ID means the combination of letters and numbers selected 
       by the users and provided by SaRang Community Church for identification 
       of the users and for the user's service use.

4. Password means the combination of letters and numbers selected 
       by the users to help protect the rights of the users and to make sure the 
       users are the very users having the same given user's number.

5. Terminals mean the personal computers or modems set up by the 
        users to use services provided by SaRang Community Church.

② The definitions of the terms used in this agreement, except the ones 
      ruled in the clause 1, follow the regulations ruled by related Korean law 
      and service instructions.

Chapter 2 Validity of agreement

5. (Service classification)

① The kinds and contents of the service follow the regulations ruled by 
      SaRang Community Church's service instructions.

6. (Service contract and contract unit)

① Service contract is made when SaRang Community Church permits of 
      the user's application for the service.

7. (Application for the service and acceptance of this agreement)

① SaRang Community Church offers this service free of charge to those who 
      agree to this service agreement. When users click the button 'Accept' after 
      registration, they are seen to have agreed to this agreement.

Chapter 3  Duty of users

8. (Service suspension and cancellation)

① SaRang Community Church may not permit of these applications for the 
      service shown below

1. When applied by other people's names

2. When the provided information turns out to be false

3. When it is awkward to permit the service owing to the user's faults

② SaRang Community Church may withhold the permission of the service until 
      the problems causing the limitation on the related applications are solved. 
      The problems are shown below.

1. When SaRang Community Church has no spare facilities

2. When SaRang Community Church has some technical malfunction

3. When it is awkward to permit of service owing to the SaRang Community 
       Church's problems

③ When service application is not permitted or limited according to the
      clause 2, SaRang Community Church shall immediately inform the concerned
      users of the fact.

9. (Providing and Changing User's ID)

① SaRang Community Church provides the members-only service users with 
      User's ID according to the service agreement.

② User's ID may be changed under the demand from the very users or 
      SaRang Community Church in these cases shown below.

1. When it is possible for the user's privacy to be violated because they use
       their own phone numbers or identification numbers as their IDs.

2. When the user's ID may appear to be obscene or it may damage 
	Korean's good customs or traditions

3. When there are reasonable reasons

③ All the users shall use their own IDs. They may not use other's ID. All the
      users shall be very careful in dealing with their own IDs and passwords.

④ Regarding other facts about management or change of user's ID are ruled by 
      service  instructions.

Chapter 4  Service cancellation or closing

10. (Acts of God)

① When there are happening or are expected to happen wars, civil wars,
      acts of God or something like all these national emergency situations and
      when Electrotechnology and Telecommunication industrialists quit their
      service according to Electrotechnology and Telecommunication industry law,
      SaRang Community Church may limit or stop the whole service or part of
      the service.

② When the service is limited or stopped based on the clause 1, SaRang
      Community Church shall inform all the users of the reason for that and the 
      period of the limitation immediately.

11. (Service cancellation)

① SaRang Community Church may delete posted materials or limit or cancel
      the whole service or part of the service when these things below happen.

1. When users do not do their duty

2. When users hinder stable service from being operated

3. When users keep sending commercial information or lewd, 
        obscene or threatening materials against the receiver's intention

4. When users spread virus programs that cause computers to be broken or
        Telecommunication facilities to be destroyed

5. When users send or post materials that violate other's copyrights

6. When there is demand for rectification from Information and Communication
        Moral Committee or when there is an authoritative interpretation from the
        Central Election Management Committee regarding illegal election campaign

7. When users use other people's IDs and Passwords

8. When users use or spread other user's information, obtained through service
        information, commercially without permission from the information company
        in advance

9. When violating related Electrotechnology Telecommunication law

10. When users collect or save other users' personal information

11. When users send or post advertisements or other commercial materials
        through e-mail or other methods without permission from 
        SaRang Community Church

12. When violating the rights of the third person or speaking ill of
        other users

② When limiting users using the service based on the clause 2, the detailed
    standard such as deleting materials or the kinds or the period of limitation
    follow the special regulations made by service instruction

12. (Service limitations and cancellation)

① When it is needed to limit the service according to the clause 11, SaRang
      Community Church shall inform the users of the reason as well as the time. 
      However,in case the  emergent cancellation of the service is needed, SaRang
      Community Church do not inform the users.

② When the users who are informed of cancellation based on the clause 1
      have something to claim, they may raise an objection to the decision.

③ Regarding the objection to the cancellation based on the clause 2, SaRang
      Community Church may postpone the cancellation period until the problem is
      solved and then the results shall be informed the users.

④ When the problem causing the service to be canceled is solved, SaRang
      Community Church shall cancel the cancellation immediately.

13. (Change of registered information given when joining)

When users want to change their own information such as their addresses or
other  registered information, they may change their own information through
service contract change application from or telephone according to service
instructions.

14. (Service closing)

① When users do not use the service according to the service standard,
      SaRang Community Church may delete their IDs or stop them from using
      the service.

1.When users use homepage as file data room only by posting materials on
         the home account without index file

2.When it is illegal homepage

2-1.When users post crack files or commercial soft wares

2-2.When users post lewd materials violating the clause 7 of detailed council
         regulation of Information Telecommunication Moral Committee

2-3.When the materials contain some contents for the purpose of performing
         antinational movement

2-4.When copying copyrighted materials without permission or when posting
         mp3 on the home account and when violating the clause 11

② Regarding the service closing standard not mentioned here follow service
      instructions or concerned worker's decision

Chapter 5  Indemnity

15. (Exemption)

① SaRang Community Church is not responsible for the damage caused through
      selection of the service materials or using the selected materials and for
      the fact that users cannot have satisfactory results from using the service.

② When there is some malfunction with the service owing to the user's mistakes,
      SaRang Community Church is not responsible for that situation.

③ SaRang Community Church is not responsible for the contents of the materials
      posted or sent by any service users.

④ SaRang Community Church is not responsible for the fact that users sell or
       buy things to and from each other by using the service.

⑤ SaRang Community Church is not responsible for storing or sending any service
      data. SaRang Community Church is not responsible for any damaged data.

⑥ Regarding detailed items not mentioned here, SaRang Community Church has no
      responsibility for any of them according to the regulations mentioned 
      in service agreement.

Additional Clause 1. (The day of issue) This agreement is valid on September 30th 2000.
